Gimp 2 8 6

Do not collect 200 kronaCheck yourself but in a Win10 VM I get this from opening the python console. Not many built-in python plugins but spyrogimp is one, foggify is another. They throw up an error as well.As far as I can tell Portableapps Gimp 2.10.18 is the same.
