There may be a problem registering the DLL on your system. If you have already tried downloading and installing the ActiveX COM DLL and that does not work, I recommend trying to import the VB6 / VBA module into your VB6 project directly and change the function to Code128(). Sounds good -- at work where we do automatically save to OneDrive. But I encountered the Run-Time error in Word, Excel, and Outlook! from Adobe PDFMaker at home, where I don't save to OneDrive. So sounds like that run-time error may be the problem.
